EVENT RULES

Registration will be confirmed only after form completion and payment submission. Spots are limited and guaranteed on a first-paid basis. The organization reserves the right to close registrations if the participant limit is reached.

In case of withdrawal:

• Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the event may receive 50% refund.

• Cancellations requested up to 15 days before the event may receive 30% refund.

• Cancellations requested less than 15 days prior will not be refunded.

• Participants may transfer their registration to another person if previously notified to the organization.

The purchased pass is personal and non-transferable, except in cases of organization-authorized transfer.

Each pass grants exclusive access to the specified activities at the time of purchase.

Sampa City Swing is an event built on respect, inclusion, and community values. Any form of:

• Harassment

• Discrimination

• Physical or verbal disrespect

• Behaviors harmful to the event environment

will not be tolerated.

The organization reserves the right to remove any participant violating these rules without refund.

Each participant is responsible for their physical condition and participation. The organization is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from dance practice

• Personal belongings lost or left on site

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event. By participating, you authorize the use of these images for current and future event promotion on social media, website, and promotional materials.

Participants residing outside São Paulo State are entitled to a special discount. To use this promotion, a travel proof is required. Submit the travel proof together with the payment confirmation.
